The goal of DZsocial is to create an interactive place for YOU --- a site where skydivers of all levels and expertise can network, learn, and share.

How? You can NETWORK by creating a free account (you can even connect with your current Facebook account if you have one!)

You can LEARN by reading articles on Skydivepedia, viewing blogs written by jumpers just like you, and you can see what the Pros in our sport are up to.

Finally, you can SHARE by creating your own content. Have knowledge on a subject of interest to fellow jumpers? Write a Skydivepedia article (it’s very easy!) or, you can also choose to write a blog on any subject you like – be it skydiving related or not. You can also upload and share videos and pictures.

	DZsocial.com is more than just a community website, it is also the home of the Skydivepedia project - an open-source virtual skydiver's manual created and maintained by the community. Skydiving knowledge created and maintained by all and organized by topics and articles. You can write an article on anything that would be of value to the skydiving community. You can also edit and update information in existing articles.
	Account creation is free. Create a profile, upload pictures and videos, connect with friends, write blogs and contribute to the Skydivepedia project.
	Can you think of many other sports where you can meet and interact with the sport’s professional athletes on a regular basis? A lifelong golfer will probably never have a chance to interact with Tiger Woods – but the mentality has always been that whether you have 1 jump or 10,000 – a skydiver is a skydiver! We want to extend that attitude to our culture here at DZsocial, so you can browse our pro profiles as they are added and see what they are up to.
